Thought-filled software engineer who understands that deliberate, consistent progress over time is life's greatest growth strategy.

Before becoming a software engineer, my professional career started in finance. In 3 years I grew from a sales development rep to Vice President external wholesaler while guiding a team of 3. This is the natural outcome of my ambitious nature and growth mindset. I've now changed careers to one that will constantly test my acumen to learn. I'm searching for companies that share my desire to challange the status quo by creating innovative products, work in a collaborative fashion, and have pride in the quality of their work.

Testimonials

Kind Words
from Great People

“...a true team player”

Ryan was a valuable asset to our team. He is dependable and hardworking. In addition, he's a problem solver who is always willing to address complex issues with confidence. Along with his undeniable talent, Ryan is a true team player, and brings out the best in others. He orchestrated weekly meetings among the sales team to share ideas and successful strategies, improving everyone's skillset. He also helped rebuild our system for tracking advisor strategy adoption and asset growth over time, which vastly improved the team's productivity and visibility into their efforts. I think Ryan would be a valuable addition to any team he wishes to join.

“...strong communicator and diligent in the work he does.”

I've had the opportunity to work with Ryan for many years as we've collaborated on many events. Very easy to work with due to being a strong communicator and diligent in the work he does. Always goes about his day with a smile on his face and ready to help anyone. All this makes it easy to not only work with him but to spend time with Ryan outside of work as well!! Always starts with WHY!

“Ryan is built to be a technical manager”

Ryan's the best person for the job, plain and simple. I had the pleasure of working under Ryan as an engineer while he both managed/led our team and made equal contributions as an Engineer himself. Ryan writes clean, efficient, readable code. As someone who has approved countless PR's from our time together as a team, I can say this with confidence. He makes it effortless to merge his code in a team of 3 other engineers and that's no small feat. In my humble opinion, Ryan is built to be a technical manager, someday.
